Grey Bull Rescue Returns to the Middle East for Emergency Evacuation of Americans Trapped in Hezbollah-Israel War

The Nonprofit Encourages Any American in Lebanon, Israel or Surrounding Regions to Register on Their Website for Rescue Under Operation: SAFE PASSAGE

TAMPA, Fla. [October 1, 2024] — Grey Bull Rescue, a veteran-led nonprofit renowned for its high-risk international rescue missions all over the world, including in Israel, Gaza, and Lebanon, announced today that its highly trained and experienced team is strategically and tactically positioned to carry out air, land and sea evacuations in Lebanon, Israel and surrounding regions. The nonprofit has maintained a presence in Lebanon since early July setting conditions and establishing a base of operations to quickly and safely rescue Americans and allies at the Speed of Need.

In late August, the Grey Bull Rescue Operations Team conducted a daring rescue of an American and his family trapped deep in Hezbollah controlled territory in the middle of the war zone. Anyone who needs help evacuating Beirut, Southern Lebanon or surrounding regions is asked to register directly at GreyBullRescue.org. Grey Bull Rescue’s dedicated team of Case Managers, Rescue Intelligence Specialists, and its Operations Team will be notified, and provide the plan for safe evacuation and rescue.

“We are facing one of the most dangerous rescue scenarios to date,” said Bryan Stern, Chairman and Founder of Grey Bull Rescue. “Hezbollah has historically targeted Americans for many years. In addition, the Israeli air campaign is unforgiving and destructive. The ability of U.S. government personnel to provide emergency services in Lebanon is extremely limited and the Embassy has stated they may not be able to assist. Hospitals are overwhelmed, commercial flights are extremely limited with all western carriers already banned from landing. In Israel, both the terrorist threat is at an all-time high in addition to potential direct strikes by Iran.”

“At the same time, U.S. military bases are under direct attack by an imminent nuclear capable Iran where both the conventional nuclear threat, as well as terrorist “dirty bombs” are not only possible but increasingly probable. The entire region is volatile and being held at risk by all parties,” continued Stern.

Grey Bull Rescue’s mission is to evacuate Americans and Lawful Permanent Residents (LPRs) before the situation worsens and rescue them from hot-zones if trapped. To save as many people as they can, as fast as they can, the Grey Bull Rescue team needs to know where U.S. Citizens in need are located. Grey Bull Rescue’s commitment is to not leave people behind, no matter how dangerous the situation; saving people at the ‘Speed of Need’

This is not a drill,” Stern stressed. “The situation is deteriorating rapidly and dangerously, and every moment counts. Get out while you can via any means necessary. If you are trapped, we have the personnel, logistics, network, placement, and access established to get you out and fast. We need the critical resources to continue our mission. This is where ALL Americans can help. Your support — your donations — are what makes these operations possible which saves lives.”

Operation: SAFE PASSAGE is part of the 619 successful rescue missions for Stern and his team in conflict zones all over the world, including Afghanistan, Russia, Sudan, Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, Haiti, and Lebanon. Grey Bull Rescue also operates in natural disasters including this week during Hurricane Helene where they saved two families from a house fire in flood waters so deep fire and first responders could not access the family including an 18-month-old.
